Aerodynamic windmill is set on a dome (4), and on it there is a rotatable part (2) turned by 360°, by means of a tail (3) of the windmill. The front side has propellers ( screws), under the angle of incidence of 45°, set on a shaft (6), and pulled in by wire cables (5).
