A manufacturing method of dracaena drink is provided to effectively extract the active ingredients of dracaena despite being processed in the low temperature for the short time so that taste is excellent and the cost is cut down and manufacturing time is shortened. A manufacturing method of dracaena drink comprises the following steps of: a step that washes the stem of dracaena, the root or the berries; a step pulverizing the prepared raw material; a step for heating to 35~55deg.C that the purified water is mixed in the pulverized raw material; a step for adding the pectinase and amylolytic enzyme in the liquid; a step in which the flesh of the raw material is collapsed and in which active ingredients which are contained in the raw material are extracted; a step for separating the liquid phase part in the liquid; and a step sterilizing the separated liquid phase part.
