The strike has a strike plate (100) supporting a strike wire (110), and a frame (120) integrated to the plate. An abutment part (50) includes an elastic unit housed in the frame and a semi-rigid unit abutted against the frame. The semi-rigid unit presents a groove for receiving an end of the strike wire, and stop surfaces along its connection with the elastic unit. An independent claim is also included for a door closing system including a strike and a lock.
