The device has optical elements with a light receiver (1) whose light input side is along a solid angle (3), and a light transposer whose light output side is along another solid angle (7). The receiver and the transposer are connected together by a transmitter. The transmitters are made from optical fiber strands (11) and the receivers are constituted by one of ends of the strands and terminated by a plane section. The receivers have an elliptical or spherical bulge (9) forming the transposer.
