Parquet (1) or matchboarding is matched and pneumatically nailed by the angle of 45 °to a layer of plywood (2), that leans to a plywood layer (3) and thereto is fixed by screws under the angle of 45°, while the rubber absorber by means of an air cushion (4) is at a distance fixed to the layer (3) by clamming and rests nto the concrete slab (base) (6). Around the circumference there are perfrated wood laths (5) arranged onto the walll (7) arsand by means of the whole construction achieves the sound insulation. Due to the rubber absorber with the air cushion (4) and the whole construction, in general, insulation with regard to the sound is accomplished. Moreover, due to the air in the space the heat insulation is achieved, as well as the possibility to set the pipes to the floor and radial heating and setting the hollow tile or a hollow channels for electric lines. Perforated laths (5) provide natural air flow and prevent condensation of water in air space and close to the lower area of the wall (7).
