A chair having burglarproof function and an article rack is provided to obtain robbery prevention function of preventing theft of the personal thing. A chair(100) formed of the supporting frame supporting the seat plate comprises: an article rack(150) which is formed into the sheet form, is fixed to the upper part of the leg, is formed of a plurality of through-holes at an constant interval, and in which a plurality of joint pins(153) are fixed to the location corresponding to the upper side of leg; and a robbery prevention holder(160) in which the lock barrier hole is equipped in the central part and which is fixed to the supporting frame(140) in order to be positioned in the bottom surface of the supporting frame.
