The circuit (1) has an air filter (3) fixed to a bonnet (6) of a motor vehicle and provided with filter elements. A telescopic rigid air outlet pipe (4) assures connection between the filter and an air inlet (5) of an internal combustion engine of the vehicle. The inlet is integrated to a body of the vehicle. The pipe is of variable length so as to maintain better sealing between the filter and the inlet during opening of the bonnet. A flexible air inlet tube (7) is extended in its upstream part by a rigid connection part (15) integrated to the body by a breakable rigid fixation tab (8).
