#CMT# #/CMT# The device (1) has a screw head (13) comprising an annular hollow (14) and screwing a screw (11) in a strap (5). An end portion (18) of the strap comprises a skirt (15) penetrated in the hollow. A truncated section (16) between a threaded part and a head (13) is cooperated with another truncated section (17) between an internal thread (10) of a hole (9) of the strap and the skirt. The sections are slid during moving of the skirt, when the screw is driven in rotation.
