The component has a rigid polyurethane based core loaded with a dispersed filler, where the filler is made of an expanded rigidity material particles. The filler is formed by a set of expanded glass particles with set of cells e.g. poraver(RTM: glass microsphere product), where the thickness of the component is between 2 and 3 millimeter. The glass particles are in a spherical shape. An independent claim is also included for a process of producing a structural trim component.
