PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the positioning accuracy of an eccentric optical prism with respect to an imaging device when the eccentric optical prism is adapted as an image forming element for an electronic camera or the like and simultaneously to facilitate production of the eccentric optical prism. SOLUTION: The optical prism 100 is provided with three optical surfaces 12-14, wherein light incident from an light incidence surface 14 adapted to make light from a subject incident thereon is reflected twice or more to bent the light path and is caused to exit from a light-emitting surface 12 to the outside to form the image of the subject on the imaging surface 21 arranged outside and at least one of the incidence surface 14 or the light-emitting surface 12 performs transmitting action and internal reflecting action, and wherein members 91L, 90R for attaching a mirror frame or the imaging device are integrally formed outside the effective area of the light-emitting surface 12.
