PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for implementing a face-to-face encounter without missing a chance to "be close occasionally". SOLUTION: The system for supporting encounter and contact, comprising: a recording means for a first user to record key data on him or herself (his or her own key data or key data on a person whom the user wants to meet or make a contact); and a means for notifying a second user that the his or her own key data matches or is related with the key data on the second user.
