PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein, though a light quantity is increased in proportion to a captured angle, to thereby keep analysis accuracy, scattered light can be taken easily, and a dynamic range of a measurable concentration becomes narrower in analysis accompanied by the scattered light. SOLUTION: After performing spectral diffraction of light in a spectral diffraction part, a captured angle of received light is changed per wavelength, and the captured angle is enlarged for light of a wavelength having a small light quantity, and the captured angle is reduced for light of a wavelength to be used in analysis accompanied by the scattered light. Hereby, it is possible to gain a dynamic range of a concentration measurable in analysis accompanied by the scattered light, while increasing the light quantity and maintaining analysis accuracy.
