PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus for metal nano-particles which can compose uniform metal nano-particles continuously in large amounts in a short period of time by supplying a precursor solution continuously from a preheating phase, and a manufacturing method using it. SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus for the metal nano-particles includes a precursor supplying section which supplies the precursor solution of the metal nano-particles, the first heating section which is connected with the above precursor supplying section and equipped with a reactor channel having a diameter of 1-50 mm and preheated in the temperature range causing particle creation, the second heating section which is connected with the above first heating section and equipped with the reactor channel having a the diameter of 1-50 mm and preheated in the temperature range causing the particle creation, and a cooling section which is connected with the above second heating section and which collects and cools the metal nano-particles created from the second heating section.
