PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure capable of obtaining high seal ability even in a severe environment while preventing unintentional adherence of members with each other. SOLUTION: The seal structure for sealing a through hole 11f which is formed at a bottom 11e of a roughly sleeve-shaped case body 11 with a bottom of a brushless motor includes an adhesive tape 41 which is made to adhere to the outside of the case body 11 so as to cover the through hole 11f to be fluid tight, adhesive 42 which is disposed (applied) over the outside of the case body 11 so as to cover at least a part of the adhesive tape 41, that is the periphery of the adhesive tape 41 and an outer periphery of the sleeve-shaped portion 11d in the bottom 11e, and a cover member 43 which is disposed at the outside of the case body 11 so as to cover the adhesive tape 41 and the adhesive 42 except for at least a part of the outer periphery of the through hole 11f.
