PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress heating due to wiring resistance of an isolation transformer and transfer signals, electrically insulating the low-voltage side and the high-voltage side from each other and to ensure safety in output on the secondary side even when a supply voltage on the primary side drops. SOLUTION: Conversion circuits KU1, KD1 respectively generate pulse signals SU1, SD1 corresponding to the rising edges and the falling edges of PWM signals SU0, SD0 for gate drive outputted from CPU 4. When the supply voltage on the primary side becomes equal to or lower than a threshold value, the pulse signals SU1, SD1 corresponding to the rising edges of the PWM signals SU0, SD0 for gate drive are blocked. At the same time, the pulse signals SU1, SD1 corresponding to the falling edges of the PWM signals SU0, SD0 for gate drive are repeatedly transmitted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
