PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly discriminate an object without applying time and effort under various photographic conditions. SOLUTION: This discrimination device 10 is provided with: a fundamental parameter management means 13 for calculating and storing fundamental parameters for every photographic condition on each image for correction on the basis of values of colors for every photographic condition on each image for correction obtained by photographing in advance many images for correction under various photographic conditions; an image correction means 16 for correcting images for registration on the basis of correction parameters and the fundamental parameters for every photographic condition on each color of the images for registration; an object feature management means 15 for calculating features of objects for every photographic condition on the basis of the images for registration after correction and for storing the correction parameters of the objects and the correction parameters; and a discrimination means 17 for discriminating an optional object on the basis of images for discrimination, the features of the object and the correction parameters.
