PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication terminal in which operability of a first operation unit and a second operation unit disposed in different cases respectively can be improved. SOLUTION: The information communication terminal 10 which has a first case 20 wherein a first display part 110 and the first operation unit 107 having operation guide characters displayed on the surface is disposed and a second case 30 wherein the second operation unit 103 having operation guide characters displayed on the surface is disposed, and also can have one of the first case and second case rotated relative to the other around a rotary shaft linking end portions of the cases to each other in the thickness direction is equipped with a second operation unit display direction changing means of changing the direction of the operation guide characters of the second operation unit of the second case 30 to the display direction of the display unit 110 of the first case 20.
