PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield structure for electronic equipment that effectively shields an electromagnetic wave in a structure simplified by reducing the number of components including a power supply unit arrangement. SOLUTION: A power supply unit 1 has, in order from the top, an input signal processing substrate 11, a first power supply shield 13, a power supply substrate 15, a power-supply insulating plate 21, and a second power supply shield 23. The first power supply shield 13 has a first side-plate 13a. The first side-plate 13a has first opening parts 13b respectively opened at each position of input terminals constituting an input terminal group 11a in the same side-face as the side having the input terminal group 11a. The first power supply shield shields the power supply substrate 15 from above. The second power supply shield 23 has a second side-plate 23a and a second side-plate extension part 23b that is newly provided at L1 as a boundary, defined at a position almost half in the height direction, and further upwardly extended from the second side-plate 23a.
