PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary water cut-off wall quickly constructible and hard to be collapsed even if a predetermined water cut-off height is secured. SOLUTION: This water cut-off wall 51 comprises a plurality of hoses 1 stacked in multiple stages and hose support members 2 in contact with the hoses 1 from the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the hoses 1. The hoses 1 are stacked in multiple stages, and the hose support members 2 are arranged at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the hoses 1. The hose 1 is charged with a fluid.
