PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for helmets, capable of sharing devices between a plurality of helmets when detachably fitting devices to helmet. SOLUTION: The holder 10 for the helmets has devices attached thereto and is detachably fitted to the helmet 60. The holder 10 has elasticity and is mounted so as to hold the outside of the helmet 60 in lateral direction, longitudinal direction and a vertical direction. At this time, the holder 10 may have a pair of left and right first holding parts 11 extending to the back and forth, a pair of left and right second holding parts 12 extending from the front end of the first holding parts 11 to obliquely backward and upward direction, and a pair of left and right third holding parts 13 extending from the back end of the second holding parts 12 to the front.
