PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal composition containing a pyrazole compound having a CB1 receptor-antagonizing action as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: This medicinal composition comprises a compound represented by general formula [I] (wherein, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>are a substituted or non-substituted aryl group or the like; R<SP>3</SP>is an alkyl group, or the like; E is amide group, carbamoyl group, or the like, or a substituent containing a heterocyclic compound such as furan, pyridine, morpholine, oxadiazole, or thiadiazole) or its pharmacologically acceptable salt as an active ingredient.
