PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control board unit and a game machine permitting easy and secure replacement when only a ROM (a data storage member) of a control board is replaced. SOLUTION: An outside connection part 144 and a board connection part 123 are connected to each other so that a data storage member 140 can be attached to a control board 100 by inserting a projection 143 of the data storage member 140 into an opening part 152 of an attaching groove 151, moving a sliding plate 150 along a guide rail 133 and moving the projection 143 inside a bending part 153 toward the control board 100 side. After the data storage member is attached, the data storage member 140 can be detached from the control board 100 as the data storage member 140 is moved in the opposite direction from the control board 100 side by moving the sliding plate 150 in the reverse direction along the guide rail 133 and moving the projection 143 inside the bending part 153 toward the opposite side from the control board 100.
