The subject of the invention is a device for protecting shellfish grown on a support (1) against predators. This device consists of a plurality of similar one-piece modules (3) arranged in a cage and obtained by moulding a plastic material. These modules are assembled successively to one another to jointly form an enclosure (2) for protection of the support (1). The modules comprise members for centring the enclosure (2) on the support (1), made of flexible radial strips (6). The modules (3) can be fitted into one another for the folding and/or deployment of the enclosure (2) on the support (1).
