A manufacturing method of a three piece type header pipe assembly and a heat exchanger using the same are provided to improve productivity and to reduce the manufacturing cost by modifying a refrigerant through hole and adding/removing the other members only with the development of a partition without additional modifying works of rest parts. The three piece type header pipe assembly(10,10') is composed of partitions(30,30') formed in the shape of a flange beam, first and second header pipes(20,20',21,21') in which a plurality of flow channels are formed by bending a plate member in a C-shape, and a through hole(34) for mutually flowing the heat exchange refrigerant(S) between the first and second header pipes. |
