A light emitting device of a backlight unit is provided to improve the brightness of the light extraction efficiency, thereby improving the brightness. A backlight unit has a lead frame, a heat metal, a semiconductor chip, a molding unit, and a plurality of reflection patterns. The lead frame has the groove concavely formed from the upper side. The heat metal(128) is installed at the groove. The semiconductor chip(122) is installed at the heat metal in order to surround with groove and generate light. A molding unit(126) is buffed by the groove of the lead frame. A plurality of reflection patterns(124) is formed in the upper side of the lead frame except for groove, and reflects the light. |
