A cold plate is provided to smoothly circulate the heat medium by forming a flow passage using an upper casing and a lower bottom plate without additional pipes. The cold plate(1) is composed of an inlet formed in the cuboidal shape in which the lower part is opened, in which the heat medium oil is flowed in one side, an upper casing(2) having an outlet port(5) in which the heat medium oil is discharged, an inlet passage and an outlet passage formed in the lower part of the upper casing, and a lower bottom plate(3) having a through passage(7) connecting an inlet passage and an outlet passage.
