The housing has a set of control electrodes (35, 37, 39) for influencing an electrical field that is present outside the housing. The housing is coated with a non-gaseous insulating substance (41) such that one of the control electrodes is arranged within the insulating substance. The non-gaseous insulating substance is a permanent elastic insulating substance or a duroplastic insulating substance, and contains silicone or epoxy resin. The control electrodes reduce the formation of field strength raisings in the insulating substance.
