The invention is targeted towards a metallization chamber for use in the manufacturing process of an optical product, such as a protective window for a mobile phone, wherein a metallization is obtained to the product (1) by the vacuum vaporization and an optically clean area inside the metallization is obtained by masking, the area forming a transparent protective window surrounded by the metal frame obtained via the vacuum vaporization. Window masks (2) to be positioned against the surface of the product (1) to be metallized are both changeable and adjustable in the coordinate plane over the surface of the product such that the window masks (2) can be easily changes and adjusted for different product maskings.
