A desk cover frame for the replace is provided to facilitate maintenance and repair of the desk and reduce the cost by replacing the upper plate of the desk. As to a normal desk(1) in which the leg(11) is fixed to the lower part of the upper plate(10) consisting of the board material, a desk cover frame for the replace comprises the following features. A side board(21) is curve-cut and is formed in the outer side of the cover(20) molding the material in which synthetic resin film of the hard in the surface of the inner skin foam-forming the synthetic resin is thermally bonded and is put on the surface and outer side surface of the upper plate. A bottom part of the side board sloped to the inner side and is elastically covered.
