The air layer is formed in the ship bottom surface when microbubble is generated from the air blowing port equipped in the ship bottom. The frictional resistance with the water is drastically reduced and the power can be saved. The structure for reducing frictional resistance of hull comprises as follows. The air injection hole(30) is formed on the front of the hull(10). The air blowing port(50) is formed on the ship bottom leading end. The air passage(40) is formed between the air injection hole and air blowing port. The air passage is formed on the air guide plate(20). The air guide plate has the same shape as the front side of hull. The both ends are curve-cut towards hull. The air flowed from the air inducing cavity in appearing and disappearing is guided to the air blowing port.
