FIELD: nanotechnologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds intended for producing the barium titanate-based ferroelectric materials and can be used in radio electronic engineering. The proposed compound comprises barium nitrate and, additionally, amorphous titanium hydroxide and potassium nitrate, the components ratio in percent by weight making as follows, i.e. Ba(NO3)2 - 10.0 to 16.7, Ti(OH)2 - 10.0 to 16.7, KNO3 - 66.6 to 80.0. ^ EFFECT: production of ultra- and nano-dispersed ferroelectric powder materials with grain size of 20 to 500 nm to be used in microelectronics. ^ 1 dwg, 1 tbl |
