FIELD: electrics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns electric equipment, particularly electrical machines designed for application as motors or generators. Electrical machine includes assembly (1) of rotating and non-rotating parts, containing case element (2) and shaft (3) connected so as to allow rotation of one of them while the other remains immobile; multiple constant magnets (5) set in circular row with pole order alternation; multiple magnetic current conductors spread radially (6) set mainly in circular row; ring element (9) attached rigidly to shaft (3) and capable of magnetic current transmission over it; disc element (7) separated by axial gap (18) from magnetic current conductors (6); and ring winding (10) related to non-rotating part and positioned in axial gap (18). Magnetic current conductor (6) surfaces and constant magnet (5) surfaces oriented towards them are separated by work gap (16) enabling magnetic current transmission. Magnetic current conductors (6) are connected rigidly to case element (2) directly or over auxiliary element (17), constant magnets (5) are connected rigidly to ring element (2), and work gap (16) is radial.
