FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: electrolyzer contains basin-cathode, anodes installed lengthwise basin on cross bar with anodic facilities, drive of cross bar vertical displacement, immovable frame with side and central coverings and gas-suction channels and feed bars. Each anode is a graphitic monoblock with ratio of lateral dimensions 1:1.8/2.1 and height 400/600 mm. Immovable frame with side and central coverings is located on edge of basin - cathode. Central covering is implemented in the form of plate; gas-suction channels are located on butt ends of immovable frame on the level of basin-cathode edge. ^ EFFECT: reduction of graphite discharge intensity per unit of finished product from 84 till 50,7 kg, due to increasing of operating resourse of anode monoblocks. ^ 1 dwg |
