A waterproofing ceiling is provided to prevent the accident and to protect the main equipment from water leakage accident of piping positioned in inside and the upper layer. A waterproofing ceiling comprises a hanger(120) fixed on the concrete rear side and a carrying channel(130) fixed to the hanger bolt(110), a draining module bar(80) which is connected and fixed to the module bar hanger part(230) in the carrying channel, a main draining part formed at the draining module bar, a waterproofing ceiling panel part(160) in which the joint is formed upward.
