A linear type LED light of capsule style is provided to emit light without blocking out some light of the LED by forming a notch corresponding to an LED of a circuit board. A circuit board(310) in some part which a power line is supplied and in which plural LEDs are built in, and a transparent polycarbonate tube in which a wire hole(324) is formed at an end part is built in the circuit board to protect the circuit board. A heat-radiating frame on which a heating hole and a heating pin are formed radiates the heat of the LED while supporting the circuit board built in the transparent polycarbonate tube. To irradiate the light emitted from the LED of the circuit board, a notch(NC) is formed at the portion corresponding to the LED of an outer wall(354) and an inner wall(356).
