<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy provision of aerobic microorganism group used for a treatment of sludge-like paint dregs and the like. <P>SOLUTION: In order to enable a treatment of the material to be treated with microorganisms, a fermentation promoting substrate comprises a microorganism propagating material in which the aerobic microorganism group is propagated, and a subsidiary material which provides a proper space to the material to be treated. It is effective that the microorganism propagating material and the subsidiary material are mixed and hardened, and that its surface is dried to inhibit propagation of the aerobic microorganism on the surface. A treatment method of the material to be treated comprises a water content adjustment process of adjusting the water content of the material to be treated by feeding the fermentation promoting substrates into the material to be treated, and a treatment process of changing the shape of the material to be treated and reduces its weight by the fermentation heat of the aerobic microorganism group contained in the fermentation promoting substrates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
