<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium structure which can make a track narrow for a three-dimensional pit selection system disk, and to provide an optical disk device adaptive to the medium structure. <P>SOLUTION: A super resolution material is formed only in a data pit, reflectance of a pit part and a space part and optical phase difference of the super resolution material are sufficiently small in a low temperature state, in high temperature state, at least absolute values of optical phase difference of the pit and the space are larger than the above value. Thereby, a push-pull signal being good even when a track pitch is circuit limit or less by illuminating appropriate reproduction power which can make almost one data track width only a high temperature state.
