PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication device capable of controlling access to information or a program on a server. SOLUTION: This authentication device is provided with a determination means for determining the possibility/impossibility of the accessing to resources on a server based on information where the unique ID of a client terminal and the authentication information of the user are managed so as to be associated with each other and information for managing accessible resources with respect to the combination of the client terminal and the user, wherein the intrinsic ID of the client terminal is general-purpose ID on network control.
