PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of preventing the fraudulent processing of a confidential document and determining whether image processing is just or unjust inexpensively. SOLUTION: A multifunction device 1 includes: an original read part 111 for reading an original image; a printer 104 for outputting image data; a code detection part 115 for detecting whether or not a QR code 3 is included in the image data; a RAM 103 for storing a right information table 103a; an authentication reception part 110 for receiving the input of authentication information when the presence of the QR code 3 is detected; a CPU 101 for deciding the presence/absence of an authority on the basis of the authentication information received by the authentication reception part 110 and authority information; and the CPU 101 for permitting the print of the image data by the printer 104 when deciding that there is the authority and inhibiting the print of the image data by the printer when deciding that there is no authority.
