PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound data distribution system capable of always easily obtaining and reproducing high-quality sound data in which living sounds desired by a user are recorded. SOLUTION: In the sound data distribution system, which is equipped with a client device and a server being connected to each other via network, the client device comprises: a transmission means for transmitting a distribution instruction of the received sound data; and a reproduction means for reproducing and outputting the received sound data. The server comprises: an extracting means for extracting the sound data from a storage means according to the distribution instruction; a mixing means for creating single mixing data by applying mixing processing on the extracted sound data, when there are a plurality of sound data extracted by the extracting means; and a balance adjusting means for creating data for distribution by performing balance adjusting processing according to an output characteristic of the client device, on the mixing data.
