PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape affixing device capable of reliably taking out a tape from a tape stand for guiding an adhesive surface side of the tape to a tape take-out head. SOLUTION: A tape separating mechanism 10 of a tape affixing device separates and delivers a tape T from a mount D, a tape stand 14 guides an adhesive surface side of the tape T to be delivered by the tape separating mechanism 10, and a tape takeout head 21 abuts a head face 21c on the tape T guided by the tape stand 14 from a counter-adhesive surface side. In this condition, the adhesive surface side of the tape T is brought into contact with and guided by a plurality of projection parts 14a of the tape stand 14, the contact area of the tape stand 14 with an adhesive surface Tn of the tape T is small, and the separability of the tape T is excellent. By sucking air by an air suction-ejection device 23, the tape T is reliably separated from the tape stand 14 side and taken out to the head face 21c. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
