PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more effectively prevent intrusion of a rear side door to inside of a cabin without extremely impairing getting-in/off performance of an occupant at the time of side collision. SOLUTION: This vehicle body lower structure 100 is provided with a side sill part 10 forming a lower part of a rear entrance D to inside of the cabin opened/closed by the rear side door C; a floor part 20 having an intermediate floor part 22 forming a floor face of an arrangement space of second-row seats E and a rear floor part 22 forming a floor face of a rear cabin space in rear of the intermediate floor part 22; and a stool forming part 30 forming a stool when an occupant gets in the rear cabin space via the rear entrance D. In the stool forming part 30, its cabin inner side end part 33 and cabin outer side end part 34 are connected to the intermediate floor part 22 and the side sill part 10, respectively, and the stool forming part 30 has a shelf part 32 formed in a position higher than that of an upper end part of the side sill part 10.
