PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a microfluid device having a simplified minute channel structure, which can mix microfluids at a desired ratio and can be made compact. SOLUTION: The microfluid device 1 has first to third minute channels 11-13, wherein a fixed amount of first microfluid is supplied to the second channel 12 from a first capacity intake section 16 connected between the first and second minute channels, and a fixed amount of second microfluid is discharged to the second minute channel 12 from a second capacity intake section 21 connected between the second and third minute channels 12, 13, and a mixing unit for mixing the first and second microfluids is disposed in the second minute channel 12, and the first capacity intake section 16 is connected with the second minute channel 12 on a further upstream side in comparison with the second capacity intake section 21 such that the first and second microfluids are fed in the second minute channel 12 along with the movement of the first microfluid, and the second minute channel 12 does not directly communicate with a gas introducing hole.
