PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a narial sheet for pollen preventive measures having no risk of hurting the mucous membranes of the nose in a device configured to be attached to a narial sheet to the nose without using an elastic member. SOLUTION: This narial sheet includes left/right sheet-like filters 1 and 1 disposed in the left/right nares respectively, and a connection part 2 for connecting an interval between the left/right sheet-like filters 1 and 1. The sheet-like filter 1 has air permeability and flexibility, the connection part has a tape-like shape with flexibility, its one face is formed into an adhesive face with adhesion to the columna nasi between the left/right nares, and this narial sheet is mounted by disposing the left/right sheet-like filters in the left/right nares and sticking the connection part to the columna nasi.
