Capacitors are formed between a ground electrode (109) of a ground electrode forming layer (103) and capacitor electrodes (111), (112), (113) and (114) of capacitor electrode forming layers (102) and (104), respectively, and a plurality of inductor electrodes are structured by via electrodes (131)-(138) of and line electrodes (116)-(119), so that those loop surfaces are overlapped in part with each other from a view in a disposing direction of the inductor electrodes to structure a plurality of LC parallel resonators. Further, the directions of the loops formed with the inductor electrodes of neighboring LC parallel resonators are made reverse. In addition, shapes and distributions [dispositions] of the capacitor electrodes (111), (112), (113) and (114) are formed to be point symmetry from a plane view. |
