The invention relates to a lumbar support integrateable into a seat frame, in particular of a motor vehicle seat, wherein said lumbar support comprises a correspondingly curved guide wire (4) on which several finger-shaped supporting elements (6) extending in a transversal direction with respect to the lumbar support are injection moulded from a plastic material. Anchoring wires (8, 10) for fixing a seat cover or a seat pudding and a transversal wire (12) for automatically driving a headrest can be also mounted by means of injection moulded elements (9, 11, 13). All plastic components can be produced by means of appropriate injection mould in one operation.
