FIELD: process flows. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to roller mills for coal grinding. The roller of grinding mill contains bearing housing, bearings, shaft, grinding bushing on the shaft, spring assembly to press grinding bushing to work surface of curb and grinding bushing tension adjustment device. Bearing housing is made in form of eccentric-hollow cylinder. Grinding bushing spring assembly is made in form of coiled torsion spring located in axial alignment on eccentric-hollow cylinder. Tension adjustment device and grinding tapered bushing spring device are made in form of spring-controlled ratchet mechanism, located in axial alignment with coiled torsion spring on face of eccentric-hollow cylinder and connected to it. Different elements of grinding roller can be placed in each other on the principle of nested doll. ^ EFFECT: simplified roller design and improved operating reliability of support bearing assembly. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
