<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawer mechanism that is reduced in size, assembling man-hours, the number of components, and the cost while reducing the resistance load by using multifunctional parts. <P>SOLUTION: A drawer mechanism 60 allowing a paper supplying unit 7 to be pulled out from an apparatus main body 10 of an image forming apparatus 1 includes a rail 61 provided on a unit side and a plurality of rolls 62 provided on both sides of the rail 61. The rail 61 is provided with flanges 61a and 61b on both sides. The rolls 62 are attached to a frame 63 with a gap which is wider than the thickness of the flanges 61a and 61b.
