<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide printed matter, an order sheet, a goods order method using the sheet, and a goods order system capable of preventing incomplete description and intending to facilitate works. <P>SOLUTION: The printed matter has a providing article showing section 2 in which providing articles 4, 6 from a provider side and a code 8 having a dot 12 specifying the providing articles by the arrangement of the same are shown, an intention showing column 26 from a person to be provided, and a moving member 30 movable in the intention showing column respectively, and further has an intention showing sheet superimposed on the predetermined providing articles in the providing article showing section, traced with the arrangement information of the dot by moving the moving member onto the dot, and constituting an intention showing sheet 20 to the desired providing articles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
