<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker in which generation of air bubble and splash is suppressed to prevent smear around the pot at cooking the stew for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooker includes a DC power supply circuit to rectify AC power and convert into the DC power, an inverter circuit to convert the DC power output from the DC power supply circuit into a high frequency AC power, and a heating coil in which an inner coil and an outer coil driven by the high frequency AC power converted by this inverter circuit are arranged in concentric circle form. A control means which switches over alternately the output of a high frequency power to the inner coil and the output of the high frequency power to the outer coil of the heating coil, and makes the high frequency power output to the outer coil lower than the high frequency power output to the inner coil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
